Exposed fastener panels make you work around rib height, tight valleys, and water-seal risk. Our exposed fastener stand is engineered for that geometry, with defined rib clearance, a pre-bonded butyl base, and integrated ice control.
Sealed on Compression
Each stand ships with a bonded 2.5 mm butyl base and neoprene washered fasteners. As screws are driven, the butyl compresses beneath the base while washers seal each penetration point, creating a controlled, paint-safe seal at installation.
Integrated Ice Control
A molded ice stopper at the rail line helps interrupt sliding snow before it reaches the eave. Combined with consistent stand spacing and rail alignment, this provides controlled retention without overcomplicating layout or hardware selection.
